By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

PointCraft provides professional 3D laser scanning services including terrestrial LiDAR scanning, point cloud processing, Scan to BIM conversion, and related surveying services for buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions and project scope.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables, including point clouds, 3D models, and documentation, become the property of the client upon full payment. PointCraft retains the right to use anonymized project data for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

PointCraft's liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our scanning accuracy is subject to equipment specifications and site conditions.

Confidentiality

We treat all client project data as confidential. We will not share your project information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
